Conference Registration Fees Includes*:

*Breakfast Sunday morning will be for registered attendees staying at the Westin Ottawa. All eligible Westin Ottawa hotel reservations must be made using the conference link provided on the hotel page.  The conference block of rooms is limited, to avoid being disappointed please secure your hotel room early. 

PARALLEL SESSION SELECTION: 
You will have an opportunity to select your preferred parallel sessions once we launch the conference app in the first part of 2024.  Registered attendees will be contacted once when we are ready to proceed with this process.

Payments: 
Registration fees must be paid in full by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) at the time of registration. 

Continuing Education Credits:
US Licensees: The McKenzie Institute intends to award 15.25 contact hours for this conference. In the states requiring continuing education credit pre-authorization through state APTA or licensing agencies, the Institute will seek approval for CEUs for Physical Therapists and, in most cases, Physical Therapy Assistants. In addition, The McKenzie Institute is recognized by the Board of Certification to offer EBP Category continuing education units to Certified Athletic Trainers (Provider #P931). For other states or disciplines not identified, continuing education/medical units may not be available. Contact your state licensing agency for information on how to obtain credit.

Online Access:
We are currently investigating the possibility of providing some online options for attendees that are not able to attend the conference in person. When confirmed, details on those options will be provided on the conference registration page. If you would like to be notified about online options when they become available, please sign up HERE.

If you are considering accessing the conference online please do not register for the in-person conference, delay your registration until the extent of the online option can be fully clarified.
